Good morning people who are honest and transparent with God

Psalm 32:5 NIV Then I acknowledged my sin to You and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord.” And You forgave the guilt of my sin.

We all want to be forgiven by God, but we need to understand that God’s forgiveness is on the other side of our confession.

Confession takes humility. Confession takes honesty. Confession takes responsibility.

It’s interesting that sometimes we try to cover our sin and hide it from God, as if He doesn’t know about it. Yet He does; He knows everything.

And still He invites us to come to Him, to confess our sin and to receive His forgiveness and cleansing.

So today, if you want to be free in Christ, confess your sins; be honest, transparent and vulnerable before your God.

Then receive; receive His forgiveness, mercy and grace.
