Good morning people who move towards God and what He is saying to us

Psalm 25:12 NIV Who, then, are those who fear the Lord? He will instruct them in the ways they should choose.

The enemy’s plan is to cripple us with fear. He desires to kill, steal and destroy (John 10:10). He wants us questioning God’s goodness, and as a result, to step back from Him.

The enemy’s plan is to separate us from God’s love.

But God wants a holy fear of Him to do the opposite! God wants us to have a revelation that a right fear of God leads us to the love of God; they can’t be separated!

The word ‘flippant’ comes to mind’. This means: ‘not showing a serious or respectful attitude’.

I feel that flippancy towards God and an inaccurate view of His love that says, “It doesn’t matter how you live because God loves you” is keeping many people from living in the fulness of God’s love.

I also feel that a right and holy fear of God that says, “It does matter how I live, and therefore I need to choose to live in accordance with Who God is” will empower us to make decisions that result in fulness of Love and Life.

Oh, there’s more to lean into tomorrow!
