Good morning people who have an empowered shift of perspective

I want to share a deeper insight into what I have been unpacking over the last few days.

Hebrews 10:36 NIV You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.

Sometimes we falsely believe, and therefore desire, ‘this difficult season’ to be over so that we can do the will of God for our lives.

But as this verse reads, persevering IS the will of God!!!

Paraphrased, this verse says:

“Do you want to receive what God has promised? It comes after doing the will of God, and that is, you need to persevere; you need to keep on going!”

Let me quote the verse from the last few days, but quote it from the New King James Version, and let me insert a couple of words in bold:

Galatians 6:9 NKJV And let us not grow weary while doing good (our part – faithfulness), for in due season we will reap (God’s part – fruitfulness) if we do not lose heart (our part – faithfulness).

Fruitfulness comes from God in due season when there is faithfulness by us in every season.
