Good morning people who receive blessed sleep from God

Psalm 4:8 NIV In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.

Restful and peaceful sleep is something that eludes many people these days.

There are many reasons for this. Sometimes we are worried and anxious about what is happening in our lives or in the world around us. Sometimes we are over-stimulated on adrenaline and activity. Sometimes it may be a sleeping disorder like insomnia or sleep apnoea. Sometimes it may be bad dreams and a spiritual attack from the enemy.

I want to acknowledge for those of you that have challenges with your sleep, that this can be very difficult and can have a big impact on your normal functioning in life.

I also want to follow on from all that I have said and circle back to the starting truth of our scripture for today. I want to come into agreement with this truth in your life. I want to prophetically declare peace-filled sleep to you.

“So, in Jesus’ Name, I pray for Your peace oh God on Your children as they sleep tonight. I pray against every attack of the enemy, and I release Your goodness to every person as they sleep. Thank You Father. Amen.”
