#3639 – In The Process

Good morning people who learn from the wisdom of God through others

Yesterday I mentioned Jim Shaw. Today I want to mention a scripture that grabbed me as I listened to Joyce Meyer.

Joyce was talking about life having its challenges, and that these challenges often leave us with questions. From this focus, she highlighted and lent into two little statements from the following verse:

Psalm 37:3a NIV Trust in the Lord and do good.

There is no need to trust if there are no questions. Sometimes we want all the answers, but trust and faith is built through the questions and delays.

And while we wait and trust, our focus should be on doing good to others. As long as the focus stays on ourselves, freedom often eludes us.

So, wherever you are and whatever is happening in your life, I want to encourage you to focus on these two things:

Trust in the Lord and do good.
