Good morning people who are blessed to know a very good God

Jonah 4:2 NIV He prayed to the Lord, “Isn’t this what I said, Lord, when I was still at home? That is what I tried to forestall by fleeing to Tarshish. I knew that You are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abounding in love, a God Who relents from sending calamity.

God is a gracious and compassionate God.

God is slow to anger and abounding in love.

God is a God Who relents from sending calamity.

God’s capacity to love is beyond human comprehension, and unfortunately, this is the very reason why many people don’t accept His love – because they can’t understand how God could love them.

I wonder if we would do well today to simply pray that Father would open people’s eyes to see the depth of His love for them.
