Good morning people who receive deeper revelation that God desires peace in our lives
Revelation 1:4 NIV John, to the seven churches in the province of Asia: Grace and peace to you from Him Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come, and from the seven spirits before His throne.
Yesterday I said these words: This is true biblical prosperity; peace on the inside.
Today, I feel Holy Spirit prompting me to exhort you that this is Father’s design and intention for our lives.
“Do you truly believe this?”
I felt prompted to ask this question early in today’s BIY because, our belief often determines our reality.
I have often lived devoid of true peace. I realise that too often I have lived internally, based on external realities. I don’t want to minimise my experience here, nor do I want to minimise yours.
But you know me – I need to move through my experience and my reality (and yours), to the place where God intends for us live in and live from, and that is, a focus on and deep reliance on Who God is, what He has done, and what He is doing.
According to Scripture, God is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), and the fruit of His Spirit is peace (Galatians 5:22). This is powerful because, God lives fully alive in us, and we live fully alive in Him! His intention, due to Who He is, is for us to live in perfect peace!
I’m not saying it’s always easy, and I’m not even saying that it’s always my reality. But I am simply and clearly saying that, ‘Perfect peace is Father’s intention and desire for His children’, and, this is why the apostles keep on praying it on God’s people.
“Father, may we, Your children, have a greater revelation of Your intention for us to live in perfect peace. May we move from internal chaos and conflict, to a settled state of tranquillity, calm and soul prosperity, in Jesus’ Name, amen.”
