Good morning people who receive revelation from God and pass it on

Revelation 1:1-2 NIV The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending His angel to His servant John, who testifies to everything He saw – that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

The word ‘angel’ here (and also in Revelation 2 & 3) literally translates ‘messenger’.

Now let me lean into what I feel Father is showing me.

He can reveal truth prophetically to people by sending His Son, His Spirit or and angel. We see many occasions of this throughout the Bible.

But He also sends messengers in the form of human people who are hearing and seeing what Father is speaking and showing them. This is a wonderfully encouraging and uplifting gift of God that is available to anyone who ‘follows the way of love and eagerly desires spiritual gifts, especially prophecy’ (1 Corinthians 14:1).

I believe today, Father is looking for some wholehearted followers of His Son, ones who walk in intimacy with Him, and ones who have a burning desire to help others encounter Father and His unmatched love.

I believe today, Father is wanting to release revelation to those who want to move in spiritual gifts on His behalf. Father is looking for some messengers who not only get the content of His message right, but they also accurately portray and reveal His heart.
