Good morning people who embrace and receive God’s kindness to them

Isaiah 40:11 NIV He tends His flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them close to His heart; He gently leads those that have young.

This is one of the nicest descriptions of God’s heart towards His people.

God looks after us and He looks out for us.

God protects us from the destruction of the enemy.

God brings us close to His heart and keeps us close.

God carries us when we feel weak, vulnerable and unworthy.

God is a generational God Who deeply and unexplainably loves every person, of every age, in every place.

I know we don’t always feel this in our lives. Life can be tough, the enemy can be loud, and the challenges can be frequent.

Yet today, I simply want to encourage us by pointing us back to the truth of what God says in His Word.

Today, I sincerely pray that we encounter God as He is so accurately described in this verse.
