Good morning people who do not try and usurp God’s authority
Isaiah 5:20 NIV Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
I hesitated on writing this BIY, but Father told me to, so I will.
We live in a time (and indeed it has always happened) when people are calling evil good and good evil.
This is wrong and it does not honour God.
Sin is what God says sin is. There are sins of commission (things we do that God tells us not to do) and sins of omission (things we don’t do that God tells us to do). Both are sin.
God alone determines what sin is, and whether people think something is or is not a sin does not in fact make it any more or any less sin. Our opinions don’t change God’s truth.
Arguing semantics about which sins are worse is not a good use of anyone’s time. Sin is sin, and sin separates people from God.
But praise God for Jesus! He paid the price for all sin, and through our repentance, we can fully access and live in God’s grace, mercy and forgiveness.
Let’s let God be God, and let’s be lovers of truth, righteousness and His light.
