Good morning people who follow the example of those who walk with God

Proverbs 11:3 NIV The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.

The phrase ‘the integrity of the upright will guide them’ is a statement I have always heard from my father. And as I heard it today listening to the audio Bible, I felt Holy Spirit say, “Write on this and honour your father”. And so I am.

Many people speak truth better than they live truth. Not my Dad. While my Dad is not perfect (he would want me to say that), he is an incredible example of ‘being real’ and ‘what you see is what you get’. There is no duplicity with my Dad. He is a passionate lover of God and has a deep love for people. He truly walks with God and it reflects in his lifetime of integrity.

Today, I honour you Dad, and I pray that all of the BIY readers will join me in committing to living a life worth following – just as you have done and continue to do.
