Good morning people who put their confident hope in the Lord of hosts

Psalm 20:6-7 NIV Now this I know: The LORD gives victory to His anointed. He answers him from His heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of His right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

“What – or more importantly – ‘who’ do you put your confidence in?”

Like in the days of king David, life is uncertain. There are challenges and obstacles, and there are enemies that we face and need to overcome. They might look different from one person to another, but they exist for us all.

Yet we are not alone! We are not orphans who have a fatalistic outlook on life – we are sons and daughters of the Most High God!

“So who do you run to? In whom do you put your trust and confident hope?”

The Lord our God is our strong tower and He is mighty to save! (Proverbs 18:10).
