Good morning people who stand upon God’s Word and fight with their sword of truth 

Every day we are living by arguments and agreements.  

“Do you agree with the following verse or do you argue against it?” 

1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV) No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 

Too often I have believed that “I can’t overcome this! I can’t say no!”  

“How about you?” 

I now realise that the thief who comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10) wants me to believe I can’t overcome. But this is a lie because it is not what God’s Word says!  

Now, I’m not saying it’s always easy, nor am I saying I never make a wrong decision. But I am saying it’s possible to follow Jesus’ example and the leading of the Holy Spirit and take the way of escape!  

And so I am challenged today:  

“Will I come into agreement with what God says or what the enemy says?” 

“Will I argue against what God says or argue against what the enemy says?”  

“What will you choose to agree with today?”
