Good morning people who ask God to help them live life well

Psalm 141:3-4 (NIV) Set a guard over my mouth, Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips. Do not let my heart be drawn to what is evil so that I take part in wicked deeds along with those who are evildoers; do not let me eat their delicacies.

God loves to help those who ask Him.

Yes it’s true; we have the choice of what comes out of our mouth and the actions we take. We are not robots; we have a free will. Discipline is needed to live a God-honouring and a people-honouring life…

…But God can help us more than we sometimes ask for. He is awesome at prompting us if our hearts truly desire to speak and live right. God is also incredible at doing necessary surgery in our heart – He simply wants us to ask Him.

There is something powerful when we humble ourselves enough to say we need God.
