Good morning people who keep in step with the Holy Spirit

Galatians 5:16 (NIV) So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

There’s a very clear and a very right order here in this verse, yet too often we try and do it the other way around. Too often we try not to gratify the desires of the flesh, so that we can walk by the Spirit (keep in step with God). But this is not what it says! In fact, this is trying to be spiritual by living under law.

God tells us the right order, and that is, walk by the Spirit (keep in step with God) and the result will be, we will not live sinful lives. This is living under grace by the Spirit of God!

It’s time to get the order right. It’s time to live free by the Spirit of God!
