Good morning people who walk in the fulness of God’s intention

Psalm 106:6-10 (NIV) We have sinned, even as our ancestors did; we have done wrong and acted wickedly. When our ancestors were in Egypt, they gave no thought to Your miracles; they did not remember Your many kindnesses, and they rebelled by the sea, the Red Sea. Yet He saved them for His name’s sake, to make His mighty power known. He rebuked the Red Sea, and it dried up; He led them through the depths as through a desert. He saved them from the hand of the foe; from the hand of the enemy He redeemed them.

“Do we see our true state outside of a relationship with God?”

“Do we see sin as ‘wickedness’, or is it mislabeled as ‘just a mistake’?”

Sin is sin, and sin is wickedness, but here’s the Good News:

John 3:16 (NIV) For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

The people of God saw the miracles of God and still rebelled against the Lord.

“Is it possible, that at times, we do the same? Is it possible, that we quickly forget all of the Lord’s many kindnesses?”

The good news, the incredible news for us today is, God saved us ‘for His Name’s sake’.

God has turned our lives around because He is good – not because we are good and definitely not because we deserved it – but because He is good.
