#2193 – Sing Praise

Good morning people who take responsibility for what comes out of your mouth

Nehemiah 12:8 (NIV) The Levites were Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, and also Mattaniah, who, together with his associates, was in charge of the songs of thanksgiving.

These people were in charge of the songs of thanksgiving; the songs of praise and gratitude to God for His goodness, mercy and love.

“Who is in charge of the songs of thanksgiving in your life?”

The truth is, if we don’t pick up this wonderful privilege of being responsible for the songs of thanksgiving in our own lives, we will default to negative thinking, emotions and actions.

It’s interesting to note that out of all the roles that the many people in Jerusalem had, they only specifically mention a few. Yesterday we heard about the musicians who were responsible for the service in the house of God. Today we read about those responsible for the songs of thanksgiving.

There is a greater power in singing praise to God than we have yet discovered. The words that come out of our mouth are so powerful, and in God’s kingdom principles, singing these praises holds unprecedented power in our lives.

Maybe today, it’s time to sing some songs of thanksgiving…it just might be the key that unlocks the supernatural in your life.
