Good morning people who are not ignorant of the enemy’s schemes

Nehemiah 4:16-18 (NIV) From that day on, half of my men did the work, while the other half were equipped with spears, shields, bows and armor. The officers posted themselves behind all the people of Judah who were building the wall. Those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other, and each of the builders wore his sword at his side as he worked. But the man who sounded the trumpet stayed with me.

Even while we are working we need to be fully armed for when the enemy attacks.

If you are just relying on other people’s spiritual authority and other people’s ability to fight the enemy, you are vulnerable and more likely to be destroyed.

You must put on your own spiritual armour – even when you are working and doing ‘practical’ tasks.

The enemy doesn’t limit his attack to convenient times or convenient places. He is indiscriminate and he will attack randomly.

It is time to be ready in season and out of season.

It is time to work with your armour strapped on.
