Good morning people God is setting up for something greater

Here’s the third lesson we learn from Jesus about transition:

Transition is preparation for the new thing God is doing.

Prior to Jesus’crucifixion, His followers were unable to comprehend the Father’s purpose for Jesus’death and resurrection.

During these forty days, they now had a post-resurrection perspective. Jesus took time with them to explain the Father’s plans for the expansion of His Kingdom.

The outcome of this period was that this small group of believers and Apostles were positioned for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. They were prepared for the birth of the Church and the mission ahead of them.

Acts 2:1 (NIV) When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

Transition is not a place to get stuck—it heralds the fact that the ‘new’ thing God is doing is on its way. It is time to get God’s perspective on what you are going through.

Jesus wants to prepare you for what Father has ahead and what He will do in His Kingdom through you. Be assured that God is in control of the times and seasons in your life and in His Kingdom.

And there is more.

You are about to receive a delivery of God’s Heavenly supply for the new season and a fresh infilling of His Holy Spirit.
