Good morning people who walk in the good promises of a loving Father
Sometimes I read a verse and I feel it is a prayer that I want to pray for myself and others. Today I want to share one that I just read. Today I pray this over you in Jesus’ Name.
Isaiah 61:7 (NIV) Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours.
The enemy may have stolen things from you; your joy, your peace, your purpose, your dignity. Maybe you have made some wrong choices and have given some precious things away.
Today I declare over you, that instead of your shame you will receive a double portion. I pray that God will pour back into you infinitely more than the devil has stolen from you or you have given away. I pray that your lost years will become a launching place for your future years, and I declare your future years of double portion can start today! If you will turn fully towards God, He can redeem, restore, realign and restart His good, pleasing and perfect will in your life today.
Today I declare over you that instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. I pray that your spiritual eyes are opened to see the richness of God’s glorious inheritance for all His saints – if you’ve chosen to follow Christ, this includes you! I pray you will see the many gifts and blessings that are legally yours as you walk with God. I pray you will see that you are a rightful heir of Father God and that you are a rightful co-heir (participant in common) with Christ. God has very good things in store for you!
Today I declare over you, that everlasting joy will be yours. I pray that the joy of the Lord will be your strength. I pray you will not be able to contain the overflowing goodness of your God. I pray that your circumstances have no effect on your joy – your joy that is found in your God Who never leaves you or forsakes you.
I pray all these things for you and your family in Jesus’ name. Amen.
