Good morning people who choose wisely

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man (humans; not just males). And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Temptation will come and it will at times feel impossible to overcome…BUT IT’S NOT, BECAUSE GOD IS FAITHFUL!!!! God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear. This is the truth and the truth sets us free…

…but there is a choice to make.

God’s faithfulness does not deliver us from all temptation but it always provides a way out. Did you hear that?

We need to accept this today because we too often focus on never being tempted but it’s not going to happen. But God will always, yes always, provide all of us a way out; a way to make a right and God-honouring decision.

You might not want to hear this today but you need to. God knows the outcome of overcoming temptation, and it is potentially too good to remove the opportunity for it. Overcoming temptation is where spiritual authority and godly character is developed.
